Shipping Information

• Free Ground Shipping: Included for most products within the continental U.S. (excludes Landmark Series™ and certain remote areas).
• If your address doesn’t qualify, our team will notify you before processing.
• We ship via UPS, FedEx, or freight; all shipments are insured.
• Freight Deliveries: Residential 1-piece and commercial poles ship by freight truck. Assistance unloading is required (no equipment needed).
• For poles over 40', 2–3 people are recommended for unloading. Missed appointments or refusals incur fees.

Order Cancellations

• Cancel before shipment for a full refund (excludes Landmark Series™ & custom finishes).
• Landmark Series™ and custom finishes incur a 50% cancellation fee once processing begins.
• After shipping, cancellations are not possible; return fees apply.

Warranty Information

Commercial Poles – Lifetime Warranty

• Valid when poles meet ANSI/NAAMM FP1001-07 wind load standards.
• One replacement per lifetime; customer pays shipping on replacements.

Residential Poles – 5-Year Warranty

• Covers shafts under specified wind loads and flag sizes.
• Flying two flags requires reduced flag size per our chart.
• One replacement per warranty; shipping costs apply.
• Not recommended for open fields or farms prone to strong gusts.

Returns & Damages

• Returns within 30 days require written approval.
• Full refund for factory defects or shipping damage (including shipping).
• Other returns incur a 25% restocking fee and customer pays shipping.
• Electrical items are non-returnable once opened.
• Report damages within 24 hours of delivery.
